Hey. I’m Zach. I’m a born and raised Memphian. Here’s some info about me that matters to you when choosing a REALTOR®. I know this community. I love this community. I have invested my entire short 30 something years as part of it. I grew up in East Memphis before moving to Cordova as a teenager. I have lived in Bartlett, Southaven, Downtown, U of M area and now reside with my wife and three sons in Arlington. I went to Macon Elementary, Grahamwood, Cordova Middle, White Station Middle and High and Houston High Schools. I’m a Grizzlies and Tigers season ticket holder. I love Memphis. I’m invested with my family, my time and my money.
I only tell you this because when choosing a REALTOR® it matters to choose someone who knows the area, is capable of selling your home and helping you find the right one. I’ve worked in Millington, South Memphis, Collierville and now have my office in Germantown. I lead music on Sunday mornings with TheRefuge Church in Lakeland. I graduated college from the University of Memphis with a degree in Marketing. If you want traditional, old school marketing, then I won’t be the guy for you. I don’t think you should trust me blindly. I believe I should earn your trust. It is my job to earn your trust and hopefully your friendship. In this world we depend upon referrals and happy, satisfied clients. I know not everyone will be the perfect fit. We are human. We make mistakes and have unique personalities.
