My earlier career was with First Tennessee Bank in Treasury Management. Banking was wonderful and taught me to be professional, respectful, organized, keep on schedule, negotiate, work with many different people and be reliable. I decided it was time for a change so I ventured into the Real Estate world and never looked back. My only regret is that I didn’t change careers earlier I absolutely love it! I am a full time Realtor working with both Sellers, Buyers & Investors in Residential Real Estate.
My approach to Real Estate is beyond the basics of listing and showing homes. Sellers, I have an organized process to sell your home quickly, so you don’t have the hassle and stress of showings for a long period of time, often selling within the first week at or above list price. Buyers, if you’re frustrated with searching only to find homes that are already under contract or having your offers rejected, I have a home finders' process. I will market to find you a home in the neighborhood you want to live in before it goes on the market.
My work doesn’t stop at the contract stage. A lot has to happen between contract and the closing day. I stay in contact with you, the affiliated Agent and other parties, Lender, Closing Attorney, Inspector, Repairmen and Appraiser to make sure everything stays organized and on schedule for the closing.
