Hi! I’m Jessica and I’m a buyer’s agent with My Town Properties. I started off as Zach’s assistant and quickly realized how much I loved real estate- especially helping people find the perfect home to enrich their lives. One of the things I love most about this city I grew up in is the huge variety of homes and architecture- I grew up in Midtown, so I have a soft spot for an amazing porch, but I also love a midcentury modern out in Germantown, or the fun of picking out your finishes in a new build.
My husband and I are both third generation Memphians, and we are now raising our family in the Midsouth. My kids have grown up driving down Poplar and Summer Avenue while hearing the stories of their families growing up here. I love to teach them the history of all the quirky and best parts of Memphis. They roll their eyes every time I tell them (again!) about how Germantown Parkway used to just be trees for miles!

I moved to Memphis over a decade ago and fell in love with the city, the culture, and the
people right away. While in Bible college, I began to work as a leasing agent/property manager for a local rental company to help support my growing family. This quickly turned into a full-time role where I would help acquire new properties and oversee all rehabs and renovation which is where my love for real estate began. I was encouraged to pursue my real estate license and once I became a REALTOR®, I hit the ground running and have never looked back! Because of my extensive history in real estate, I was able to become proficient in real estate investing, repairs, restoration, contracts, buying, and selling before I was even licensed. Having a grasp of the markets, climates, and cultures on all areas and parts of Memphis was incredibly helpful as well. Knowing the differences and nuances between the character-filled homes of Midtown to
those that are further east and in the suburbs is INCREDIBLY vital, so you’ll want to make sure you have an agent that understands each and every part of our amazing city. I’ve put in tens of thousands of hours and miles learning and doing just that. I have formed relationships with remarkable individuals and businesses that can serve us all the way from loan approval, inspection, repairs, closing, and beyond.

When I’m not buying and selling real estate I enjoy working out, serving with Harvest Church, collecting sneakers, watching the Grizzlies, and spending time with my beautiful wife while we try to keep up with our energy-filled daughters.
My earlier career was with First Tennessee Bank in Treasury Management. Banking was wonderful and taught me to be professional, respectful, organized, keep on schedule, negotiate, work with many different people and be reliable. I decided it was time for a change so I ventured into the Real Estate world and never looked back. My only regret is that I didn’t change careers earlier I absolutely love it! I am a full time Realtor working with both Sellers, Buyers & Investors in Residential Real Estate.
My approach to Real Estate is beyond the basics of listing and showing homes. Sellers, I have an organized process to sell your home quickly, so you don’t have the hassle and stress of showings for a long period of time, often selling within the first week at or above list price. Buyers, if you’re frustrated with searching only to find homes that are already under contract or having your offers rejected, I have a home finders' process. I will market to find you a home in the neighborhood you want to live in before it goes on the market.
My work doesn’t stop at the contract stage. A lot has to happen between contract and the closing day. I stay in contact with you, the affiliated Agent and other parties, Lender, Closing Attorney, Inspector, Repairmen and Appraiser to make sure everything stays organized and on schedule for the closing.
