Hi! I’m Crystal Mitchell and I’m working as a Buyer’s Agent as well as being the Team Assistant- I help make sure everything runs smoothly for all our agents and clients. I spent years in the real estate industry before getting my license and joining our team because I really believe this is the best way I’ve seen to bring amazing client support. I know every facet of the real estate business and I’m incredibly well rounded in my experience. I am obsessed with football and I graduated from University of Memphis! I have three kids and I’ve lived all over Memphis in my 20 years here- I’d love to help you find a home for your family here as well.
I’ve been a Realtor for years and joined My Town Properties (as a Buyers’s Agent and Transaction Coordinator) because I saw we shared a commitment to an exceptional real estate experience and amazing customer service. I demand perfection when I do my personal business with a professional. With the number of Realtors one could choose from, I believe customer service is where I set myself apart and can earn your business. I treat each of my clients with the same level of care that I personally demand for myself.
I spent 15 years in the construction industry so I bring a wealth of experience when negotiating repairs and helping you understand inspection reports.
I was born and raised in Memphis and my wife and I are raising two great kids here as well. I was a former college athlete so I know how important having a great team is. Everyone bringing the best of what they have to offer makes us all more successful.
Hi! I’m Jessica and I’m a buyer’s agent with My Town Properties. I started off as Zach’s assistant and quickly realized how much I loved real estate- especially helping people find the perfect home to enrich their lives. One of the things I love most about this city I grew up in is the huge variety of homes and architecture- I grew up in Midtown, so I have a soft spot for an amazing porch, but I also love a midcentury modern out in Germantown, or the fun of picking out your finishes in a new build.
My husband and I are both third generation Memphians, and we are now raising our family in the Midsouth. My kids have grown up driving down Poplar and Summer Avenue while hearing the stories of their families growing up here. I love to teach them the history of all the quirky and best parts of Memphis. They roll their eyes every time I tell them (again!) about how Germantown Parkway used to just be trees for miles!
Who you choose as a REALTOR® really matters and I hope you’ll let us earn your business. We spend so much of our lives in our homes, I want to help you find that perfect mudroom for getting your kids out the door every morning, the amazing setup for your recording studio, or the perfect entertaining space for your friends and family.
I moved to Memphis over a decade ago and fell in love with the city, the culture, and the
people right away. While in Bible college, I began to work as a leasing agent/property manager for a local rental company to help support my growing family. This quickly turned into a full-time role where I would help acquire new properties and oversee all rehabs and renovation which is where my love for real estate began. I was encouraged to pursue my real estate license and once I became a REALTOR®, I hit the ground running and have never looked back! Because of my extensive history in real estate, I was able to become proficient in real estate investing, repairs, restoration, contracts, buying, and selling before I was even licensed. Having a grasp of the markets, climates, and cultures on all areas and parts of Memphis was incredibly helpful as well. Knowing the differences and nuances between the character-filled homes of Midtown to
those that are further east and in the suburbs is INCREDIBLY vital, so you’ll want to make sure you have an agent that understands each and every part of our amazing city. I’ve put in tens of thousands of hours and miles learning and doing just that. I have formed relationships with remarkable individuals and businesses that can serve us all the way from loan approval, inspection, repairs, closing, and beyond.
I joined the My Town team because of their core beliefs, values, and their emphasis on
integrity. Let’s be honest, anyone can “get a deal done” but knowing I’m serving you and not just selling to you is at the top of my priority list. My goal is for you to lay your head down after a long day of moving into your dream home KNOWING that you were well taken care of and represented by someone who you can not only trust but will continue to trust with your business. I don’t spend a ton of time or money marketing myself, because I would much rather spend that energy and those resources marketing your home and/or helping you find a new one. I know if I’ve done my job properly that you will be my greatest ad campaign because of the service I’ve provided to you.
When I’m not buying and selling real estate I enjoy working out, serving with Harvest Church, collecting sneakers, watching the Grizzlies, and spending time with my beautiful wife while we try to keep up with our energy-filled daughters.
Hey. I’m Zach. I’m a born and raised Memphian. Here’s some info about me that matters to you when choosing a REALTOR®. I know this community. I love this community. I have invested my entire short 30 something years as part of it. I grew up in East Memphis before moving to Cordova as a teenager. I have lived in Bartlett, Southaven, Downtown, U of M area and now reside with my wife and three sons in Arlington. I went to Macon Elementary, Grahamwood, Cordova Middle, White Station Middle and High and Houston High Schools. I’m a Grizzlies and Tigers season ticket holder. I love Memphis. I’m invested with my family, my time and my money.
I only tell you this because when choosing a REALTOR® it matters to choose someone who knows the area, is capable of selling your home and helping you find the right one. I’ve worked in Millington, South Memphis, Collierville and now have my office in Germantown. I lead music on Sunday mornings with TheRefuge Church in Lakeland. I graduated college from the University of Memphis with a degree in Marketing. If you want traditional, old school marketing, then I won’t be the guy for you. But if you want cutting edge, creative, digital social and internet marketing, then you won’t find a better Realtor®️.
I don’t think you should trust me blindly. I believe I should earn your trust. It is my job to earn your trust and hopefully your friendship. In this world we depend upon referrals and happy, satisfied clients. I know not everyone will be the perfect fit. We are human. We make mistakes and have unique personalities. However I want to get that chance to earn your trust and your business. If you want an all digital process with easy and prompt communication, realistic expectations and consistent service, then the Sell901 Team is for you! Let me go to work for you and let’s reach your real estate goals together.
